Hotel a Cottonwood

“I stayed here this past weekend. The staff was helpful and the property itself seemed well maintained. The room was decent overall; however, cleanliness was an issue. There was hair in the shower, on the restroom floor, and even on the dresser and nightstand. I ended up having to wipe everything down myself. The room also had a slight mildewy smell. Because of that, I likely wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Elevator worked very slow, room was very dated.”

“Nice place to stop for one night. We have 2 dogs with us and they were very accommodating. ”

“Breakfast was yummy. The pool looked inviting but we didn’t use. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“The cleaning crew walked into my room. Without knocking. So that was upsetting. However. ”

“Buffy was great and all of the staff especially the lady in the morning serving breakfast ”

“Door could be opened even when locked. Wouldn’t give us a new room. Said the door shrinks due to cold temperatures. Nice try I said, I’m from Minnesota. Didn’t care about our safety or security. ”
