“I came for Iron 70.3 in September, didn’t make a lot of pre-research on the hotel but it’s absolute one of the best Customer Service and Staff I’ve ever experienced in my life. We traveled to Mexico about three times a year and this was one of the number one vacations. We’ve had there the staff was absolutely incredible. I’m going back for sure next year to race again and I signed up for the rewards program”

“Great location by the water. Snorkeling was great. Having a pool on the property was nice. It is about 10 minutes from the city, so it is nice to have a car for transportation. Inside was spacious and clean. There were air conditioners only in the two bedrooms, but were able to cool the place down. Kitchen had a microwave, toaster oven, large refrigerator and a stove. Overall, it was a nice, quiet and relaxing stay.”

"Grande delusione ho sbagliato prenotazione di un giorno in anticipo rispetto al mio arrivo, ho chiesto a Hotel.com di cui sono cliente da oltre 30 anni, di tenermi buona la notte non goduta per fare le 5 notti pagate € 1056,00 e ne Hotel, ne il manager di Allegro Cozumel mi sono venuti incontro! Per cui ho dovuto prenotarmi un altro hotel e ripagare una notte ma ma sono stata fortunata al Coralia Cozumel, struttura nuova bellissima dove tutto è funzionante mentre ad Allegro Cozumel la doccia non scaricava, la chiave non apriva, neanche dopo riparazione e il cibo era pessimo !!! Mai più Barcelo’"
