“The property was cute and quaint. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved everything about it except the loud music that played until close to 1 am. It was so loud you could not hear the tv. Our room was in the second floor so we are not sure if it was the rooftop bar or the venue across the street.”

“Facility is undergoing a remodel and there is construction debris everywhere, pool and other facilities closed. Only second and third floor rooms available and they are charging $200+ a night. Most disappointing is that there is no information on website or vendor sites providing information and you become aware only upon arrival. Place so dirty and disruptive that we refused to stay.”

“Definitely a hidden gem. You don’t think your Going to walk into what you get with the look of it from the outside. The rooms were Clean and spacious and a full size refrigerator ! The lobby is so pretty Vintage couture vibes !”

“We took our 5 year old grandsons to castaway bay and had a wonderful time. We had dinner at Famous Daves the food was very good it had a nice atmosphere with great service and a nice view. Then we bowled and went to the arcade. We did the breakfast buffett in the morning that was also very nice. Then back to the water park we loved the wave pool and the hot tub. My husband and the grandkids did the water coaster and slides and had a great time. Highly recommend castaway bay for family fun!”

“Rooms were clean and a nice size, bathrooms a bit small but full size bathtub, staff super helpful and friendly…. Unfortunately the TGF ON property did a very very poor job full meals being served before any beverage’s kids sodas , cocktails all drinks . One meal delivered at least 30 minutes before any other food was brought to table and that food was incorrect in every easy possible and how do I finally got our drinks we got the wrong ones. Manager came to the table to correct the problem...
