“Staff was lovely, room was great. We weren’t able to have breakfast in the morning but the coffee was really good. ”

“After sleeping in bed scratching all nite found what i thought was a bed bug but it was a black ant so wasnt to happy about it i brought the issue to front desk only to hear that was not his hotel so beware also too picture of torn window furnishings that was torn i didnt want to get accused of that”

“This property needs plenty of TLC. I was surprised at the condition of many things starting with the elevator. I can’t say that it was the neatness or cleanliness that am accustomed to seeing in this brand hotel. It was however a comfortable sleep at best. We did double check on the check out time and were reassured we had the time correct. In both of the rooms we rented we were bothered not once but twice by housekeeping. “Everything was great”

“When I arrived for breakfast on time, eggs and milk were gone, no tea bags, no attendant. Totally inadequate! Although the room was billed at accessible, a wheelchair did not fit beside the bed, the shower had no seat or hand held water. Staff eventually supplied a metal folding chair with a padded seat. Totally inadequate!”

“AVOID this place at all costs. I chose it because the rating said it was excellent and it is nothing but a run down pull out couch with dirty toilets and the human body oder was overwhemling!!! DON'T BOOK IT based on the rating. Not true unless you want to sleep in a slum. ”

“No one came to clean our room in the second day and I wish the pool had been heated, but overall everything was great. Clean building. Friendly staff. Would stay here again. ”

“Staff was amazing; super friendly, no matter time of day they greeted you with a smile and always said hello. Breakfast was awesome every morning and the service staff was on top of cleaning and checking to make sure everything was ok. By far the overall nicest stay i have had in a long time!! Thank you!”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was average. Pool area includes a hot tub which is large but paint peeling inside. Spring break so lots of noise. Complimentary breakfast included. Parking was easy and accessible. ”
