“Hotel is under renovation. ”

“Check in was very quick and easy. Hotel was very quiet and room was comfortable. The ice machine did not work but the desk clerk came and knocked on our door with a bucket of ice for us. I will definately check this hotel out the next time I have to stay in the Fort Wayne area. ”

“There was an undisclosed prior to arrival, $6 per day fee. It is unclear what that fee was for. The elevator was broken. It seems like it had been broken for a while. They said a phone was dropped down the elevator shaft and broke the elevator. They said the part would be there Monday but that seems like they probably have been saying that for a while now. This made getting luggage to the room a big hassle. Breakfast was good. Doors in the room to the bathroom were VERY narrow”

“Breakfast was good, but we had bed bugs. My wife was bit 15 times on the middle of the night. Brought to front desk attention and saod manager would call. Never got a call. Now we are washing and drying everything we took with us to try and make sure we didnt bring any home with us. ”

“We stayed for one night with smaller kids. We didn’t have a shower curtain upon arrival but the front office was quick to get us one. The pool water was freezing. The staff said they turned the heater on but by the time we left it was still cold. Floors were a little dirty in the room, ice machine was down, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was decent! We would stay here again and maybe call before to have the pool heater turned on prior to the stay.”

“This hotel just needs maintenance and better upkeeping - the door took 3 tries to open, the bathroom was dirty and the tub black, the showers temps were reversed, and in general everything just appears run down.”

“Both rooms I had were clean. We used the Hampton Inn for just one overnight for my daughter's birthday. All the girls had fun swimming and playing the board / card games that they had available in the Lobby.”

“Not a good continental breakfast. No spare toilet paper in room. No UsB ports. No drinking cup. No in room coffee machine. Key pass on exterior door broken. Heat worked ok. Seemed fairly clean. Bathroom small but functional. ”

“The hotel was comfortable and a good choice. Only problem is when I called the person I spoke to was rude and hung up on me as I was asking a follow up question. Besides that, my experience was good. The breakfast was pretty good.”

“Room needed repair-no drain plugs in sinks or tub, bathroom sink & vanity stained & gross needs to be replaced as no amount of cleaning will improve it, tub faucet not secure on wall & shower spout would not go down, much of baseboard not attached to wall, floors were not clean, toilet seat very loose. Breakfast was coffee, tea, a few pre-packaged muffins & granola bars, instant oatmeal with no milk that was on a small credenza at the front door across from customer service counter. That’s...
