Reserved for price, stars and distance to event location. My daughters did not end up staying because their room was disgusting. Stains on bed, hair and crumbs. The excuse the front desk gave them was, "it's a handicap room." What? They ended up leaving and paying for a different hotel.

Shower are dirty. Linen was soiled. When asked if house cleaner could clean shower out she told me she didn’t have time.

The room had stains all over . Only one tiny trash can in the room. Only one roll of toilet paper. The tissue was pulled out and I think made to look like a flower. I’m not using tissue that looks like it’s been touched. The fridge didn’t work. The pool was closed because a party had an accident ...
