Hotel a Dearborn

“Per Expedia I chose the option to pay at property. Upon arrival my friend whom I made the reservation for (with my card) was not allowed to check in or substitute his card for payment as we usually do. They insisted upon taking my driver's license and entering info from it (why?), charged my card for the room and also charged a "surcharge" in case of damage to maybe get refunded later. “We didn't stay because the pool was closed becausw the health department closed it and that was the whole reason for the room. The guy said he wouldn't check me in and the money would be refunded. That has yet to happen. Would not recommend.”
