“Great staff but room wasn’t good”

“Amazing and friendly service, nice new rooms with comfy beds. 5 minute shuttle ride to airport. Shuttle was super on time- do not be late at your scheduled time! Restaurant food was delicious, free popcorn, coffee station downstairs, microwave in ice room. Only thing that wasn’t super clean was our little coffee maker in room- not sure if it was never used or what. ”

“This was a nice hotel to stay at. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and roomy, and the breakfast was fine - nothing fancy but what we were expecting. Both night and morning staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.”

“La pulizia della camera compreso il rifacimento del letto (non il cambio lenzuola ma solo fare il letto ) viene fatta solo ogni 3 giorni e questo non era scritto da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione! Tutto il personale è molto gentile ma Nonostante l'abbia fatto notare, mi hanno risposto che è la loro politica interna. Non solo, dopo il terzo giorno si sono dimenticati della pulizia successiva e quindi hanno pulito al quinto dopo che ho chiesto di parlare con il manager! Si sono...
