Hotel con piscina in Caraibi

“Great first experience in the DR! We plan on coming back next year. Food, service, facilities, everything was fantastic!”

“I had a terrible experience. The first night everything was fine, but the following nights were worse. In the room next to mine, the TV would turn on automatically at 2 a.m., making me uncomfortable. Furthermore, drunk people were making a lot of noise, knocking on our door. Disgusting. I asked for a refund at least for the nights I didn't sleep because of the TV (very loud), and they told me they couldn't, that these things aren't their fault and that I'm a light sleeper. Unprofessional...

“It was a lo ely experience. The day time food offerings were a bit disappointing as there were timea when food wasnt readily available, we could get room service but that meant leaving the pool or beaches to get a snack. There was no explanation of the ability to use other resorts. We explored on the last day and found quite a bit we could have experienced. It was a great trip though and the staff are very accomodating.. ”

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...
