Ms. Karen was great at the bar and ensured our dinner was hot and served in a timely manner. Ms. Delphine was the icing on the cake. She was amazing and ensured that breakfast was served and hot. Thank you to the cook and the entire staff for going the extra mile to ensure our stay was great!!! The only thing that could use improvement is the pool area. We were unable to use it...

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“All the staff are so nice and helpful. Karry Ann is the best!! She is so sweet and caring. We ate dinner in the restaurant after checking in. They knew it was my husband’s BD, so they brought him a dessert plate with goodies and happy birthday written in chocolate. I will definitely stay here every time I visit Williamsburg ”
