“The staff could not have been better. They were very nice. I am on crutches from an injury. They put is in rooms that were close to the exits on the first floor. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the grands enjoyed swimming in the pool. It was close to Colonial Williamsburg and plenty of good restaurants to eat it.”

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“Room was immaculate! The young man who started our fire in the fireplace was very nice; fire burned all night. Check in and check out went smoothly, with very attentive staff. Looking forward to our return.”

“Everyone was nice, room was clean, no issues encountered. Stayed for 2 days. Never got to breakfast, we slept through it. LOL. I think the pool was next to our room, but everyone was out at the designated time, so no issues there either. Front desk staff was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Would stay again. ”

“The layout of our room was great for a family vacation. The location is ideal for access to Colonial Williamsburg. My daughter loved the kid friendly amenities like the game room, pool and access to board games through the front desk. Most importantly, though, the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Every person we had contact with from house keeping to the front desk treated us with warmth and kindness. ”

“Clean room. Great customer service. I had work i needed to get dome. Wifi was down. They opened the dinning area for me as wifi was working in there and said i was welcome to anything in there. Will stay there again.”
