“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“Apparently a staff member called out for work. I'm assuming it was the person in charge who kept complaining to any employee within earshot about this person calling out. Offended she had blocked her call. This person obviously needed the day off for personal reasons and did not want to take your call harrassing her to come in anyway. And as a guest, I definitely didn't need to hear about the situation through my entire breakfast. Unprofessional.”

“I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels up and down Route 30 in PA and this was my least favorite so far. After checking out and going to my car, there was an employee dumping a large tub of something from the side door that went over the parking lot. It was the grease from breakfast! There was no way around it and it was slippery and the dog also had to walk in it. Absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and unprofessional. While pet friendly and there is an elevator, there is only one small area out back...

“Clean room and comfy bed/pillows. The air conditioner was a bit loud and the fridge got pretty loud in the middle of the night. Lots of door slamming early in the morning. You hear everything! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. ”

“Don’t like the fact that breakfast is not included and that you would be charged For bottled water where as in other Hilton properties these perks are included. Recommend you raise the hotel price a couple of bucks and include these perks. It simply looks like you are nickel and dimming your customers when you do this. All in all our stay here was very good.”

“The room was clean but the it was too noisy, you can hear everyone talking and yelling from the corridor, vibrations from mechanical units and since they have golf classes, you can hear everyone outside yelling and practicing golf very early in the morning, also, there were not elevators (accessibility) in our building ,I paid almost 300 dollars for one night and we couldn’t even get some sleep. If your goal is to get some rest and sleep, this is not the place for you.”

“The property inside and out was clean, updated immaculately maintained. They had cute spring decorations in the lobby that made it so welcoming for families. Our room was large and the beds very comfy. The staff was so friendly and welcoming to us. Lots of snacks available and coffee and tea 24/7 was a plus. My only problem was with breakfast as it was full of carbs and no proteins. The coffee was plentiful but weak. A minor inconvenience as everything else was top notch for the price point. I...

“The breakfast room is on the 3rd floor. We were placed in a room right beneath the breakfast room so we could hear walking above us beginning at 6AM in the morning. If you weren't in that room, the motel would be excellent. ”
