“Room was very nice ”

“The room and all of the common areas were very clean. All of the staff we had contact with were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was hot, and the attendant even made fresh eggs for us, even though the service ended in 20 minutes. We would stay here again for sure. ”

I had reserved 3 rooms and 2 out of the 3 were not cleaned properly toilet was dirty, nasty comforter, sheets, and mattress pad (I have had this happen at big chain hotels as well). “The water went out around 4pm on Saturday and I couldn't get ahold of the host. I sent 3 messages before I heard back at 9am. We had to melt snow all evening to have water for the toilet. We were unable to shower because the shower wasn't working and needed to check-out before it was fixed. The place was also littered with mouse droppings.
