“We had a room on the 8th floor. It was very clean. The lobby staff were very nice. The breakfast was good with nice views of the Chicago skyline. We were only there one night but would definitely go back.”

“This place is top notch! The room and view of the lake was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. The balcony is very small. But 2 folding chairs fit there easily. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and adequate. The noise level was perfect for me. I believe the rooms may actually be soundproof as I was told. My only complaints is that it took forever to get hot water. And the cleaning staff made the hallways smell terribly strong with the odor of cleaning...

“Our stay was unfortunately a very unsettling experience from the start. When we checked in and were given our room, we opened the door only to find that it was already occupied by other guests. Walking into a room with strangers inside was shocking and honestly quite scary. It raised serious concerns about the hotel’s organization and guest safety. “Hot tub and swimming pool are both out and the windows to it are all taped over so you can’t see them at all! The room was very clean, the breakfast was decent, and the rate was very reasonable!”

“Good breakfast. Sauna was broken. Pool was warm. Hot tub had something weird floating in it. We didn’t get in. Room was big. Bed was comfy.”

“Room was clean, staff were friendly, waterpark was great! It’s closed during the week, but they will open it for guests. The large slides don’t run during the week, but my boys had a blast having the waterpark to themselves for 2 days! Breakfast was good and the lobby has an excellent seating area! Great location off 94 and near some good restaurants. Our bathtub wasn’t clean but we just dealt with it since it was a short stay. Otherwise we had an excellent stay. ”

“Stay was fine EXCEPT the cleaning crew entered our room at 1001 am. My wife was walking naked out of the shower when the cleaning lady walked in. Necer in all my years has this happened. And am now calling thier coperate office about this ”
