“Loved our stay white at Four Winds Casino/Hotel in New Buffalo, MI. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the free shuttle service into New Buffalo. We're already making plans to return next year while in the area.”

“I was not sure what to expect coming from out of state to this area. Bright, colorful and fun vibe when you walk in! The hotel itself was very clean, along with our room. The pool was very clean, as well. Staff was very nice and helpful with any request. Breakfast area was clean at all times with good selection. I could tell the staff takes pride in keeping this Hotel nice, clean and always ready for customers. I highly recommend this Hotel.”

“The bathroom fixture above the mirror looked as though someone shot blood from their nose on the wall and the lamp. They were full hand prints on both of our headboards. All woodwork had scuffs and chips and were missing entire pieces of corners. Several times I came into the building to see customers standing, and waiting with no staff ever present. One time there was an elderly gentleman waiting to check in for 20 minutes when we came in the building. I told him that when we got to our room...
