“Great experience! Went during Christmas season and felt something out of hallmark movie. ”

“The hotel downstairs entry area, pool and hot tub are all nice. Staff was friendly and the shuttle was very convenient for getting to and from the casino. There is a nice fireplace downstairs with a TV and couches for relaxing. However, there is no restaurant on the premises and the bar area they have is closed. “This hotel was huge. It seemed really nice upon entering. I did not like how their doorman forced himself to help us when we first got there. We didn’t even get a second to ourselves to discuss what we wanted to take up to our room. But he insisted we couldn’t use their luggage cart without him because “residents take too long with the carts” aka they want you to be spending more money to tip them. This rubbed me the wrong way. “the breakfast was good,although both my wife & I obtained a stomach flu later that day.We seem to think it may have been something airborne we obtained at this location. The motel itself could use a deep cleaning & a refresh. ”

“Missed a TV in our room but the lounge was across the hall and convenient - just not in my jammies. The heat in our room was way out of whack! 75 degrees at one point and had to open both windows with winter conditions. Heard another couple had same experience. Hot tub was nice - bit awkward to enter, but enjoyed. Would have loved to experience the fireplace but who needed MORE heat! All in all it was a great opportunity to experience The Stafford for our anniversary.”

“No heat controls in room. They only turn it on if you complain.The outside of the hotel is covered spiderwebs and it’s filthy.Everything is neglected.This place is a joke.”

“The room was not clean. Strange pull down blind separated the tub/bathroom from bed. Dripping faucets. General state of disrepair. Pretty gross really.”
