“I needed a handicap room because of walking issues. First off. I had to walk to the middle of the building to get to my room. Then the picture in ad of a walk-in shower which I needed for handicap was a small bathtub with hand rails. Why would a handicap room be in middle of hotel. No walk in shower. Also. I stayed from Thurs thru Sunday. Not once did housekeeping come to my room. No clean towels or trash emptied. And the side exit doors weren’t able to be used to come in. Just out. The side...

“The Quality inn is definitely starting to lack in quality. The wall paper is peeling, there was a hole in the bathroom door, webs and dead bugs around the windows. The bathroom had a cigarette odor. This hotel is in serious need of major upgrades. It was tolerable for the one night I needed but if it was any longer I would have requested my money back. It is definitely time for the owners to put some TLC into this place. ”

Two electrical outlets were actually only connected to the wall with scotch tape and had open wires shown. “Yes the room was clean. The only thing missing was a smart TV. The other recommendation for you is that the entrance from the road to your pull in are is not marked with some sort of reflectors. There was fresh snow Friday night and I drove right into the ditch causing damage to my vehicle. ”
