“Very disappointed in the stay.upon arrival I stood in the lobby 10 minutes waiting for someone to come check me in or atleast acknowledge that a customer was there. Get room key and everything is down hill from there. Room was dirty and had a musty odor. Was supposed to be a none smoking room, but had cigarette burns on the bedding. Tried to make the best of it since I had a late check in, but at 8:45 AM this morning was woke up to someone pounding on the door. “HOUSE KEEPING”.keep in mind check...

“Yes. Hot tub was hot. Heaters close by. Lovely space around it with an outdoor shower. Cullman had so much to do and location was very convenient. The hosts were very responsive. The decor blew us away. Candles were delightful. ”

“Check in took a total of over an hour. Our first room received a bad key, drove back around to the office to be told “there’s been a problem today with these doors”. Gives us a new room, takes my husband to the door to make sure the key works and they walk in on another guest sleeping. 3rd room filthy. Needless today we slept two hours and left. ”

“Old coffee filters left in coffee pots of both rooms we rented. Shampoo had be used in one of the rooms. No coffee the next morning in breakfast area. Poor selection of breakfast glad McDonald's is across the parking lot. Left my granddaughters stroller and had to argue with the owner to get it back after we told her the rooms we stayed in. ”

“Nearest store is a convenience store at the exit nearby. Temperature in cabin is 68 degrees.”
