“The actual condition of this hotel didn't match the reviews on Expedia. Everything is a bit shabby and the level of cleaning is not great. Our room seemed OK at first, but a closer look showed lots of little issues. My wife found a hairball on the carpet which overall appeared to need a shampoo. Nothing else was horrible, but little things just weren't right. One of the faucet handles was crooked. The baseboards needed repainting and the finish on the cabinet holding the towels was...

“I was moved 2 different times because the room was dirty . The air conditioning didn’t work in one of them rooms . The managers had terrible customer services and was not helpful at all . I was not giving back my full deposit and I was inconvenienced the whole time I stayed . Overall I had a horrible experience. Won’t be staying at that location no more .”

“The property was clean. My bed was very comfortable, but my shower had somebody blonde hair balled up in a hair ball on the floor and hair throughout the shower. That was gross and disappointing after a long day and evening out and all we wanted to do was step into a clean shower”

“We booked a double queen room 2-3 weeks in advance for 4 people. When we got to the hotel the person checked us in. We walked to the 4th floor to our room and we had a king bed. We were never told this at check in. Obviously 4 grown adults can't sleep in a king size bed only. There was no pull out couch or anything. So, when we went back downstairs to discuss this with the same lady she told us that unfortunately that was the only room available. They didn't have anymore double beds. This should...

“They switched to a TV cable network hard for old people to get their channels. Phone in room did not work unable to call the desk. Had to wait 15 minutes before someone s howed up at the desk.”
