“I was very disappointed. I've never had a bad experience at Embassy Suite. Embassy Suites has always been my go to when they're available. On this stay, my room had a very bad aroma. The room smelled as if it were wet or had really bad musty smell. While I was in my room I would leave the door open to help minimize or remove the smell. Housecleaning left a lot to be desired.
