“Camera pulita ma molto fredda al mio arrivo. Piacevole la possibilità di visitare il museo l all interno.Ristorante costoso ma ricco di offerta di bevande specialmente cocktail. Negativa l esperenzia con gli addetti al check in.Sono giorni che mando email per chiedere la ricevuta ma non mi hanno mai risposto. ”

I was told that there should be a room for me tonight which would have been the second night the 24th I believe Tuesday to come to find out they were sold out if I knew this I would’ve made reservations last night that would be my main disappointment. “The staff is excellent, the front desk and the bellman were a blast from the past at the excellent service you come to expect from a Westin. Where it fell short wet the amenities which I’ve been accustomed to in my previous stays. It’s a little thing, but when you pay $400 for a hotel room you expect better than 1 ply toilet paper.
