“I get to my room it's a hot September Day and the air conditioner doesn't work. AT&T signal in my room doesn't work but fluctuates. The Wi-Fi in the room didn't connect for the first several hours and in the second week totally went out and I didn't have any. There's no fan in the bathroom and the room is extremely humid so your towels don't dry overnight. “The place was safe and mostly clean. I found most of the personel, lack luster. doing the bare min. Trach cans on the 5th floor were always full and over flowing yet the only thing picked up was the bags around the can. It said Double Tree on the sign, but my how the mighty have fallen”
