“Everything was great. Room was clean and the staff were awesome. Bed was comfortable. There was always someone at the front desk no matter what time it was. I stayed in 509, the noise from doors slamming woke me up in the morning and I think I was next to the storage room or closet and that door kept opening and closing. But other than that it was great for the price.”

The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful but the AC was struggling to keep it cool (understandable since it was close to 100 degrees outside and this place has many windows. “We had a fabulous stay at The Hyatt. We enjoyed our room it was clean no bad smells in the hotel room or hallways. This staff was very friendly and we weren't ready to leave we wanted to stay longer it is an excellent hotel to stay at. We plan to go and stay again in about 7 months and I plan to stay with them again and hopefully the same room. Rav was very friendly and helpful and got us checked in and always so friendly to us going and coming and Mariah was extremely excellent in our checkout...

“3 notti check in lungo e laborioso, volevano indirizzo di casa e la mia mail oltre al passaporto ed alla prenotazione, wi-fi solo il primo giorno, al terzo ho chiesto se c'erano problemi e mi hanno dato da chiamare un numero, poco collaborativi, colazione inesistente, nessuno ha mai fatto la camera, da pensarci prima di andare visto poi che il costo non è così basso”
