“Room was clean. Staff (1 lady) was very friendly and helpful. Needed a couple pillows and got them right away. Directions to the venue were a piece of cake. Parking was plentiful and we felt very safe. Definitely a good place to stay if attending Freedom Hill (Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre)”

“This hotel canceled my room, didn't have another room for me and still charged me for a visit. I'm writing this review because the have the nerve to ask me to. Horrible”

“I couldn’t get the tub to turn on only the shower. My room was located right next to the basketball court, and the kids were out pretty late and very early. One of the garbage cans did not get emptied before I checked in and the reception for the TV was horrible.”

“Their toilet was too low and didn’t flush well. Handle of bathroom faucet wasn’t attached but functioned fine. Pool was too cold. Hot tub was fine; better when staff turned up a couple degrees. Really enjoyed “adult” pool hour from 9-10pm :) Breakfast was good variety with fresh fruit, oatmeal, make yourself waffles, prepared food like scrambled eggs/potatoes/meat, yogurt, bagels, etc. Have stayed here before and will again when in the area”

“The police had to be called for rowdy guests. The parking lot was a hang out. It was basic and a convenient location and we will not stay there again”

“Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, several staff members seemed uninterested in helping guests and came across as rude and unfriendly. When we checked into our room, there were four people staying, yet only two small bottles of shampoo/lotion were provided, the hand soap was empty, and there were only two towels available. We had a party to attend the next day, so naturally all four of us needed to shower. When we went to the front desk to...
