“The rooms are comfortable, with the riverfront side giving you a nice balcony and view. These rooms have very nice open walk in showers with multiple sprays. The staff is very courteous and helpful and the whole place feels classy without being stuffy. Brunswick is about a 20 minute drive away, 35 or so for St Simons. A nice resort without having to pay resort prices.”

“Spotless modern large room with fridge and microwave and white comfy beds with great bedding and pillows. Inside corridors which were clean. Great coffee. No fee for one pet. Friendly front desk. Quiet safe location. Highly recommend. 10/10”

“We loved it here.. The B&B is a lovely, bright & cheerful, home with each room beautifully decorated. There are two porches with comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy the scenery of the marsh. The location allows for walking around the town as well as to the Fort. Planning to return next trip north.”

“Another great stay at this clean and cool cabin in the middle of so much wildlife! Deer and turkeys frequented the backyard and no shortage of birds, hogs, alligator, fox, and armadillo in and around the refuge. Loved it!”

“Perfect little spot for a stopover for a night or two if you have a long drive up or down 95. My wife and I stayed there with our puppy. 2 miles to 95 and everything was walkable. Friendly neighborhood and very close to the water. Bungalow was very clean and had what you needed for a short stay. A great alternative to getting a hotel.”

“I can’t say enough about our stay in Darien. Our host was generous in sharing details about the area and they were the kindest folks. The place was so cute and every small detail was on point. We travel with our dog and they provided a welcoming place for him as well. This home is in walking distance to the cute little town and the locals were all friendly. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay with Susan and Kenny again, they were excellent hosts and the home...

“We enjoyed our stay. They provided a dog tie out so I could have her eat outside. We appreciated that they repaired the internet quickly after a storm. Comfortable bed. Nicely outfitted kitchen, but did miss a dishwasher. ”

“The host is prompt and professional with communication. The property is very clean and the a/c works nicely in the main bedroom that we use. It’s a great location for a quick stroll to dinner after a day in the car in transit. Will stay again!”

“Beautiful and comfortable condo. The location is perfect for exploring Darien and an easy drive to St Simons and Jekyll. Communication with Heather, the host, was great! This is our second time staying in this condo and we thoroughly enjoyed it both times.”

“This is our second time staying at Oaks of Eden. It is well-named - the live oaks at the property and forest nearby are spectacular and full of birds. The cottage is very comfortable, laid out well, everything one would need is there, and the back porch is screened. The only poorly functioning item was the coffee maker, which took more than an hour to brew a pot of coffee. ”
