“The room was so dirty furniture was disgusting. Blood on the mattress protecter someone's fake nails were on the floor the refrigerator didnt work the jetted tub and toilet were cracked and dirty. I did ask for a another room being I was only staying the night and the front desk clerk Hannah was very apologetic and moved me to the 3rd floor which was a little better for what I needed. It was so late and weve been driving all day so we sucked it up. But the next morning the lady that was doing...

“Very Nice Property However Prior to Booking Wrong Date was entered for an area hotel and tried cancelling the reservation immediately and was told they (Expedia) couldn't help me. So Unfortunately I lost $160.00 the same day. After Calling Immediately afrer recognizing my date was wrong.watch the dates you enter closely.”

“The room did not lock, so any one could walk in from the hallway. We happily locked with dead bolts and took our entire luggage and everything with us each day! Looked online and found out this is against the law, to have a door that does not lock. So not staying here again, which is unfortunate because it was a nice hotel. It was very scary knowing the first night anyone could have walked in.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. Had the extreme misfortune of staying here for a last minute trip to the furniture market. Receptionist woman didn’t have the absolute basic manners. Rude, disgusting and confrontational ghetto behavior. She angrily barked every word at everyone while offering zero help or support. Rooms are extremely dirty and smelly. One of the worst experiences of my life. You are better off sleeping in your car than stay here.”

“I was happy with the facility overall but very disappointed in Expedia for what was charge for this daily $107 room rate. I was charged $400 per day.....I won't ever book my room in Highpoint thru expedia again. I felt ROBBED!”

“This place is just ok. The sounds between the rooms is terrible. I could hear every conversation in the room next door so my sleep was quite poor. Also no closets, no amenities, no safe in the room (red flag). The sheets are also not soft and a bit scratchy. Due to the poor noise management, I won't stay here again.”
