“Great stay! We got upgraded. Location is perfect! Comfy and clean!”

“Good”

“We loved our stay. Our view was lovely. The hotel had everything we needed. We took advantage of the trolley so we didn’t have to find and pay for parking in Gatlinburg. It was an easy drive into the Park do to some hiking. Perfect for couples.”

“Excellent property.”

“Hotel super consigliato, perfetto per rilassarsi e pieno di confort. Hotel a misura di famiglia. ”

“Closeness to shopping”

“overall the Glenstone was a great place and a great value. Free onsite parking was a plus. it is close to downtown Gatlinburg. The staff was very helpful and friendly”

“100%recomendado todo muy excepcional y maravilloso”

“Very clean housekeeping is excellent!!! If you’re going here don’t stay the haunted house is going it’s so loud couldn’t get sleep till after 2 AM, doors slam hard , but clean and comfortable beds”

“Nice”

“The hotel is in a good area and was quiet and close to our destination. The room seemed clean , but the TV was dying. The colors were completely wack. It’s not a pristine, welcoming hotel. Needs repairs, like a lock on the side door, and definitely some paint. No chairs or couch in the lobby. Overall, tho, we liked it.”

“Rooms were as advertised. A bit rustic but nice. A few cosmetic touch ups would help but overall as advertised. We spent most of the time being tourists so the room was a good place to sleep.”

“What my card was charged verses the receipt I was given did not match. Also the room smelled like mold. The air unit leaked onto the carpet so much it wet my shoes.”
