“Rooms were ok with cleanliness. After 2 nights requested for room service, only the towels and bath supplies were replaced. Other than being close to the beach nothing much to this hotel. Rooms were small for the price. Coffee machine at the lobby was excellent.”

I immediately took a picture and shared with the front desk staff. They were dismissive and said it will get handled. It never got resolved. Very disappointed in the way this situation was not dealt with - the staff did not care.”

“My group recently stayed there over Labor Day weekend and the hotel was not bad but seemed a bit pricey for the quality. I do realize it’s the area and timeframe I chose though. Some positives were the front desk staff. The ladies that checked us in were welcoming and helpful which was much appreciated. The pool area was also a nice space which we definitely utilized. “aethetically pleasing. shower was dirty with foot prints, soap mold around shower, floor was sticky. No bath gel in the shower, no wash cloths or handtowles. One bed's sheets stank like dirty body...kinda gross.”

“I loved the balcony with view to the park. It was very relaxing 😌 The hotel is walking distance to the beach, which allows you to enjoy the shopping lanes and restaurant lively vibes.”
