“Excellent location, close to all attractions in Austin. Spacious condos, modern styles. Easy parking, I literally felt like being at home there. The only negative was the AC's lowest temperature set point was 68 degrees, not the perfect temperature for my sleep, and the rooms were a bit less cold than the living room because of the limited air pressure. That was a struggle; I like my room to be colder. Absolutely recommended!”

“This is a great location for a resort right on the river with great outdoor pools and views and restaurants and bar. There is a children’s pool with a large slide and 3 levels of adult pools with a swim up bar. The hotel could use a little updating and paint. Housekeeping was a little absent.”

“The stay was okay. The only thing i truly enjoyed was the view. I had a difficult time finding the building since the front had scaffolding blocking the whole front of the building. I was never able to find the parking for the hotel which led me to feeling like i was pressured into using the valet. I was Very shocked to find out that overnight parking for valet was 65+ fees. i feel like that was extremely expensive for a one night stay at a hotel room that im staying in. “This is an okay hotel. Location is not great, near some deserted lots, 15 min walk to downtown. The receptionist that checked us in forgot to give us breakfast vouchers which resulted in an awkward next day breakfast situation. The second receptionist we spoke to was very nice and resolved the issue quickly. Coffee machine in the room works only if you hold it shut the entire time. Room was clean but some things definitely need an upgrade, chipped paint and rusty toilet aren’t the best...
