First, stating they were putting me in a nicer property closer to my destination. But ultimately provided a room in motel further from my destination and way less expensive than what I paid for. “The staff was amazing and very accommodating! The property was very accommodating to our baseball team that spent much of the time in the pool and back patio area!”

“This property was very nice, extremely clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, there was a group of young boys and their family staying there for some kind of baseball tournament and they were extremely loud till quite late at night. They kind of overtook the whole establishment.”

“I reserved a Basic Room, 2 Queen Beds for 2 nights, 34 days in advance. I paid $10 per night for the extra Queen bed, as I am a FEMALE travelling with a MALE first cousin. When we checked in, there was NO ONE in the office and we were told that the door was open and our key was in the room. We went in and discovered only ONE bed. So we called the number on the office door, and were told that the room with one bed is all they had available. If we wanted to wait until someone could come from...

“No elevator. I walked the entire first floor twice thinking I somehow missed seeing the elevator. I finally asked the front desk where it was and was told there isn’t one. I don’t mind using the stairs but when you load the dolly cart full and push it down the hallway to use the elevator it would be helpful if the staff tells you there is t an elevator upon checking you in on the second floor. There is only one ice machine”

“If I enter my hotel room and visible things are in need of attention or repair no more than 3 stars from me. I will honestly say though that I didn't expect much from a Super8 and I got what I expected.”
