“The room was clean and nice however as soon as we entered it did have an odor of cigarette which was pretty bad . We went to the hot tub by the pool and it was Luke warm and the jets were not working it made a noise but wouldn’t work. Pool looked very dirty I would not want to go in there. Bed was comfortable and service was friendly. Value was decent foe the price . If they make sure no one is smoking and they clean up pool and fix hot tub this would be a great place to stay.”

“This hotel is in need of alot of care and a deep cleaning. Many of the walls in the hallways have "holes" that have been filled in but not painted, the door is chipped or peeling from many of the room doors. I stayed in room #206. There was stuff smeared on the carpet between the beds, stuff splattered on one of the bed duvets. The door handles in the bathroom were mismatched (part brass fixture, part nickel) and filthy! The shower curtain rod was hung haphazordly. There was a bulb burnt...

“The room in general was nice. However when we went to sleep the pillows had a bad scent. Also, we took some time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The water seemed gloomy and looked dirty.”

“Very quiet, mattress was lower to mid quality, heating was very quiet. Lobby has plenty of snacks, breakfast was typical yet welcomed. Yes i would stay again but only for a short stay.”

“The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was clean and the heater worked well. Great location for being vendors at the craft sale. Walking distance to a few restaurants and big box stores. The only thing is the shampoo and body wash containers were empty. ”

“Wow! Did we ever enjoy our stay at the Port Hotel. The whole experience was really neat! I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. The room had it all and it was a great time. Thank you Port Hotel!”

“Hotel was nice but the air in the room was so dry which made it hard to breathe..i mentioned that at the front desk during checkout and rhe clerk just said "i know"..no apologies or anything..also the hotel was full of loud kids there for some bowling event”
