“No elevator. I walked the entire first floor twice thinking I somehow missed seeing the elevator. I finally asked the front desk where it was and was told there isn’t one. I don’t mind using the stairs but when you load the dolly cart full and push it down the hallway to use the elevator it would be helpful if the staff tells you there is t an elevator upon checking you in on the second floor. There is only one ice machine”

“Facilities were very clean. Rooms are spacious. Staff was excellent. Although, I left too early for breakfast, they offer free breakfast from 6 to 9:30”

“Chair in room was sticky and worn. Needs replacing. Had the air turned down to 62 just to get it to work. More attention to detail needed. Powdered eggs just so so. Went out to eat. Better food outside hotel. If Marriott is going to say free internet it should be just that. I went around ave around getting pushed to the Bonvoy sure to join. This is nonsense. I want a simple sign in without all this hassle.”

“Our room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The gym was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great.”

“Horrible tv’s! Couldn’t find channels. So difficult to navigate. It would help to have some directions and a channel guide in the room. Also, a perk would be to have a water cooler in the lobby.”

“The room was clean and very comfortable. The lounge had several free treats for us. The in-house restaurant however was not open, and was supposed to be. We will probably have to check that out next. Everyone needs to know that there is currently no elevator, so you need to be capable of walking up stairs to you room. And we knew that.”

“I only stayed one night here but everything was clean, no bad smells, staff was polite, and breakfast was good. I arrived late and someone was right at the front desk to help. There’s nothing more annoying than arriving late at a hotel and spending a half hour trying to find someone to check you in. It was the best night sleep I’ve got in a month so Thank You!”

“We didn't have any problems with the booking as others have mentioned. Did an online checkin the night before and when we arrived at the hotel the keys were already available and ready at the front desk. The property is freshly renovated it looks like and is very clean and the rooms were nice. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the breakfast was slightly limited and with only one waffle machine its was quite a wait. “nice hotel, clean and with big rooms. Free WiFi is working very well. the only problem might be reception desk that closes at 11:00 PM (not highlighted in the reservation via Hotels.com). I didn't have breakfast so I cannot say how it is. Good ratio price/comfort”

“I had the worst experience of my LIFE here. Got kicked out at 4am because I complained about the AC. Refusing to give deposit back claiming we “broke the TV” with no proof, as we only changed the input. Was called the PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME DO NOT GO HERE”
