“Terrible WiFi, only one working lightbulb in the bathroom, no microwave. Wireless phone charger by the bed did not work; phone died overnight. Bell hop was unavailable at checkout time; had to lug out my own luggage. Won't ever return.”

“Basic clean rooms with comfortable bed(s). One elevator was down, and of course my room was on that side of the building. So I made an almost complete circle back towards the one that works. And then walk to my room. I had several bags so it was a minor inconvenience. Evening staff was professional but not inviting. No friendly smile with a cordial greeting. “Central location and easy to get to. Staff was friendly even with late arrival. Room was clean but needed to be updated. There was mold in the grout, wallpaper peeling and the door lock didn't work well. Great water pressure in the shower. Appreciated that it had no resort fees and offered free breakfast.”
