“I don’t eat a lot of foods and a lot of things that they had there. I do not eat so while they’re on my stay the only thing I can eat was pizza from outside near the pool hotdog burgers and salad. I want to taste the milk. It was powdered milk none of the juices were good to me like when you know that you are having tourist come in y’all should accommodate a lot of American foods as well and also have more people that speak English.”

“Camera sporca sia letto che in generale pulizia scarsa . Ristoranti tutti il cibo di scarsa qualità e servizio scarso. I bere di scarsa qualità . Piscina esterna poco attrezzata e anche lì sporco.. è un posto a chi piace la quantità !! Non lo consiglierei mi dispiace aver preso questo hotel ! Essendo un Riu pensavo n situazione decente .. insomma totale delusione .”

“We’ve stayed at Finest a few years ago and everything was amazing! Unfortunately I was very disappointed this time. The resort is in much need of updating. The room smelled like mold because there is mold growing in the sinks and shower. The staff overall was very nice with the exception of the beach area staff. We purchased rooms in the Finest Club area but the guy who is supposed to set up the chairs for you (because they don’t let you chose your own chairs) was extremely rude and annoyed...

"Struttura ottima, 3 stelle non rende giustizia. L'animazione per i bambini è stata super, tante attività diverse, i bambini ci andavano sempre volentieri. Il personale sempre super cortese, disponibile e sorridente, spiaggia e mare bellissimi, stanza spaziosa, confortevole e ben arredata. Bellissimo l'acqua park, bellissimi gli spettacoli serali. Ottimo cibo, tanta scelta. Uni neo, difficile trovare posto sulle sdraio e troppi pochi ombrelloni."
