“Normally when checking in, you are greeted and asked kindly for ID and CC. I stood at the counter while the check in agent sat in a chair in the corner and scrolled his cell phone. A nicely dressed woman who was taking out the lobby trash can hollered over to the guy on his phone and motioned to him to check me in.
