“Took my 16/17 year old granddaughters for a pre-graduation trip. The condo was just perfect for us. The girls shared the bedroom, so they had some privacy, and I slept on the Murphy Bed. The view was incredible, and the location was perfect. Jim was extremely easy to work with as the host. I highly recommend this venue!”

“Sharon's condo is a cozy little spot with some great food joints nearby and walking distance to the beach. Nothing fancy, but we loved getting up, grabbing a coffee, and taking a nice stroll on the beach. We took advantage of the tour discounts which I would highly recommend. We even went out snorkeling afterwards and saw some leopard sharks! ”

“Property clean, but things appear worn. Cracks in tile. Places we’ve stayed b/4 have had BBQ & umbrella but sadly not here. Hubby irritated with WiFi (intermittent). No instructions. Called property manager for TV fix, & no one ever responded back with us. Since TV has no cable or satellite the only way to view TV is to stream which is extremely difficult with no WiFi. Kitchen supplies for basics, sadly lacking. Pots & pans - that’s it. No cleaning supplies. It’s the view that will bring us back...

“The views of Pacific Beach and Crystal Pier are beautiful and the location is ideal for this property - right by an ice cream and hot chocolate shop, good restaurants, groceries, and pharmacy. John was communicative and helpful. The property was very clean. We enjoyed the beach toys and direct beach access as well as sunset, ocean, and people watching.”

“Everything was as expected and laid out in the description. Communication was quick and smooth. And you can‘t beat the proximity to the beaches. ”

“Owners were awesome. Gave just the leniency we needed with a change. We’re suuuuper communicative and available with our couple of questions. The 7/11 next door made things easy. Door to beach is MAYBE 5 minutes. Door to end of the pier about 20 minute walk. Burger place across the street is great food. We will TOTALLY book again if in town ”

“We had a great time being so close to the beach and within very close walking to great restaurants. It was a very busy weekend and the place was perfect for what we needed. I will say, the check in process has quite a few steps and the instructions are as good as they're going to get, but you do have to pay attention to details. Also, it is not set up to have people over, as there is lots of notice to not be noisy which was hard with older kids, but would be great if you wanted something quiet...

“This was a perfect place to stay for my son and I. It was walking distance to Belmont Park and Pacific Beach with all of the fun restaurants and activities. Mission Beach was so close to our front door we could walk bear foot to the beach daily. We were excited to find boogie boards and beach chairs for us to use! The bed was super comfortable and we listened to the ocean at night with the windows open. I highly recommend. ”
