“The halls and common areas reeked of marijuana and vape. Our first night there I was told by a worker that my kids couldn't wear swimsuits in the dining area (we weren't even eating, I was just grabbing something to drink). The next two nights there were several adults wearing swimsuits with no cover-ups while eating. Disappointing we were treated differently than others. This was our second time staying here, because we had such a great experience the first time, but this will be our last.”

“The staff was really nice and personable. The breakfast and coffee station were great. However the cleanliness was not the best. Every fabric in our room had visible staining on it (the couch, the chair, the stools), the pull out couch mattress was disgusting, multiple stains (pretty sure one of them was blood). The air-conditioning units both made clicking sounds. The shower curtain rod is about 2 uses before it rips out of the wall. The room overall could use a freshening up. There was no...

“Horrible, it has a horrible odor throughout the hotel and the rooms, walls paper thin.raggedy, dirty laundry, dirty bathroom, the staff was weird and rude, inside is very old and outdated, the chairs was old and smelly. the chicken wings was just awful. I would not recommend staying here. Never again! ”

“In comparison of previous Embassy hotels I stayed at, this one is not up to standards of the previous ones visited. The bathroom tile needed more up keep in the shower tile. The breakfast omelets were rushed and watery. ”

“The staff was great. Everyone was pleasant and polite. The room was great and the bed is extremely comfortable! One problem was the toilet had a leak in the tank. (Not on the floor!) it made gurgle noises thru the night. The phone & radio didn’t work. We were in the room a short time, only at night, so I didn’t bother to report it. but did give them a note when we checked out. The breakfast was excellent!! ”
