“Stayed recently. Overall good, but the air conditioning was not effective and it was very hot. A tech came after I reported it and said they would fix the next day, but it never happened. Otherwise, everything was fine.”

“I would not recommend anyone to this hotel, strong mildewed odor, 2 days stay parking fee was $75.00, half roll of toilet paper, there’s a signage in the elevator (towels get washed every 3 days), if you need to ask for more towels. No fridge or microwave. I was very disappointed with this hotel. Next time I’ll e reading the reviews. Take your own Clorox wipes, Lysol, towels and toilet paper. ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel is the example of why you should never book a nonrefundable room. I am in Austin to work overnights. I booked through Expedia and then called at around 0645 . I asked if there was an early checkin fee the lady was short but said yes it it $10. I asked how early could i check in. Her response was "You can check in now if you want to". My shift got extended so i worked until 8, I went and ate breakfast then proceeded to the hotel. I said o was there to ckeck in, she...

“Front desk was not very welcoming. There was hardly any toilet paper in the bathroom only a partial of a roll. Other than that the room was clean just very stuffy.”
