“Check in staff was not engaging, unfriendly, robot-like, it felt like this person did not want to be there working. This was our first time staying here, it'll probably be our last. Same attitude, experience checking out, didn't say thank you, didn't even ask how was our stay. While attending me, talked over me to another person walking in the distance, didn't even look at me, like if I wasn't there, Terrible customer service.”

“I will never take a hotel room again that is not carpeted--it's HELLISH. Echoing, uncomfortable, cold. The bed was ok--they're so high I need a ladder. I the room was not stocked with toilet paper--I saw the housekeeper and asked for some--it never arrived. The roll was empty. The breakfast ends at 9am--that's utterly ridiculous and a great way to make sure most customers can't get breakfast. The TV has no guide to help use the 2 remotes and find something to watch. AGAIN THE BARE FLOORS...

“The property shows swimming pool when I arrive there They told me that there was no pool. Also everything is outdated. The bedsheets had a lot of holes like cigarette burns and The bathroom was dirty no shampoo or soap to shower with and the towels were disgusting. Also the refrigerator was dirty. I was so disappointed, also the parking had a unpleasant smell”
