“Clean and friendly”

“We booked 2 suites with family in Noverber. The staff was considerate and put us in 2 adjacent rooms that can be connected from living rooms. “The staff was exceptional. Always friendly, helpful and always greeting you. The breakfast was wonderful as well. The cleanliness was mid. Elevators had food/trash on the floor. Hallway rugs were stained. Our room reeked of perfume as if trying to mask a smell. And extra sheets/blankets provided smelled musty. But other than that, excellent stay for one night for us.”

“It's not unique to this property but the staff is wonderful. Very pleasant and customer oriented.”
