“We stayed 6 nights, we asked to clean room they did not. Then stopped at front desk ant 4th night and asked again to clean room then said we are cleaning after 3rd night. So they cleaned 5th day of our stay. First time saw that terrible cleaning service. Every day towels were replaced but toilet paper and soap was not replaced. We went down and asked toilet paper. Unprofessional.”

“We had an excellent one night stay. Casini, the GM has done a wonderful job with this property and staff. The wonderful lady overseeing the front desk was cheerful and helpful upon check-in. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My daughters loved swimming in the pool and the automatic pancake maker At breakfast. “We had booked a room that was on the first floor. Within the first 30 mins of settling in, 4 cockroaches were found and I had killed three of them. We had enough and went to the front desk to inform the staff on the issue and without hesitation we were moved to the 4th floor with a great balcony beach view which we loved. The room was very clean and cockroach free. The pools are very nice but I with they stayed open till 10 pm as listed and not around 9-9:30 which was a bummer. Overall it was a...

We typically don’t take a bottom floor and said this time so we could get checked in to an available room. 10 minutes in the room we started seeing ants. We waited just to see if maybe a one off until we continued to see them throughout the carpet and smell what appeared to be a pest control spray.
