“This was the worst Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at. The whole facility needs updating inside and out. The room carpeting was disgusting, not enough counter space in the bathroom and the tub didn’t drain. I couldn’t wait to leave.”

However, even though I had four different credit cards, from four different networks, none of them worked with the hotel’s POS terminal. “Clean room, great breakfast, convenient location to restaurants, easy parking. great dining in bottom floor.”

“Spent 6 nights at hotel. I interacted with several of the front desk staff and every one of them was excellent. Went over the top with questions, helped provide everything I asked for and was very friendly. No complaints about staff - 10/10. Only complaint was it seemed every ice maker was out of service but I’m sure they were trying to resolve that issue.”
