“The room was very clean and we liked that we could have service by not putting card on door or remain undisturbed simply by placing the card outside. We were even told if we did not want to be disturbed but needed fresh towels to just place them outside the door. Staff was always pleasant, a young man even helped dig our car out of the snowbank in the parking lot. This is service we grew up expecting but it is very rare to receive it anymore. “The front desk person Adam was so helpful and kind. The room was what you would expect from pretty much any hotel but was clean and also was stocked with the normal things coffe tea soap shampoo body wash ect. The pool was nice as well, though it was a bit cold in the pool room. However with the temperatures in PA i guess thats to be expected. Also i was pretty surprised with the breakfast. They offered three types of cereal, yogurt with multiple topping, plenty of fruit, potatoes, sausage...

“This hotel was very functional. The upgrade we received was to a very nice suite room. This room was very good - very clean smelling and looking. The only downside was that the kitchen did not have any pots or pans for use on the stove, and very, very limited dishware. But since we weren’t really looking to use the kitchen area it was not a problem for us.
