“The room itself was excellent — comfortable bed, spotless, and I appreciated the laminate floors, which made everything feel cleaner. Staff were outstanding: friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive.
The M Club Lounge was a disappointment. It felt dark and uninviting, and the food didn't deliver. Fake tasting scrambled eggs at breakfast, and the evening appetizers (doughy Thai chicken, waxy cheese) were not worth the trip. Sticking to the toast and fruit is your best bet. Honestly, I'd skip...
