I was told the room could only be cleaned every three days, but that this was not guaranteed because they were having trouble with housekeeping. The room was not cleaned at all during my stay. The hallways and stairways were unvacuumed and most rooms had bags of garbage piled outside the doors. My sink had no drain cover, just an open hole with a slow drain. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked great, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, the bathroom was well stocked with towels and soaps, the hot breakfast was really good and they had a lot of options. “Room was beautiful. But the wifi wasn’t working. The phone in the room didn’t work, so anytime we needed something, we had to go to the front desk, the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom didn’t work properly, and the shower was scalding hot. The knob was broken so you couldn’t turn it down. There were no other director suites available, so we had to deal with it. ”

“Ricky was great and fixed our leaking toilet and helped with supplies, The other guy was terrible. The WiFi didn’t work at all. The hotel is old and needs a major overhaul. Breakfast bar had old bananas, 2 cold cereals, mini waffles and canned gravy with biscuits. (I took my own food for breakfast). The mattresses are SHOT so you will have a back/hip ache. The best thing was that Ricky was nice, helpful and had a nice smile.”

“The hard floors were sticky. They need to not just spread the sticky and change the mop if used for sticky items. I had to mop the room's floor with towels so we could walk on the floor.”
