“We arrived late in the evening (past child's bedtime). The rooms we were given were the worst I've ever stayed in. We were on the second story of a three story building. The ceiling was massively water stained, the ceiling popcorn pattern had fallen down in multiple places and had loose edges. The refrigerators were warm with free standing water. The shower grab bars were loose with rusty screws sticking out and the one grab bar fell out when used almost causing a fall in the shower. It...
