“The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is old and stuffy. It seems to be a regular spot for traveling workers. It also looks like some people live there. Second floor no elevator. Room updated but the fridge and microwave couldn't be plugged in at the same time. Coffee in the lobby but no coffee maker in the room. I don't know about the hot tub, pool or workout room because I was too afraid to try them even though that was one of the reasons I chose the place online. I'm not saying...

“First, they accused my husband of smoking in the room over the phone so without even entering the room and also after seeing him outside smoking and asking him then to complete check in procedure since we arrived after normal check in the night before. We are a black family so draw your own conclusions not to mention we have a 5yr old with asthma in our room as well..but ok. The room itself wasnt too bad. After paying $611.11 for the room while he is working and we came to visit with him wyndham...

“It’s a good stop on the road”

“The bathroom smelled like pee. It was dirty and you could still see hair in the shower. The beds we made but it looked like the sheets were not changed from previous guest as there was hair on the sheets and pillows of one of the beds. The room had a pee and moisture smell that stayed in your clothes. We ended up leaving and stopping at another hotel to shower and get some actual rest. While staff where very nice the actual property needs a lot of work”

“The entry door to the outside near our room was malfunctioning and at times you couldn’t get out ”

“This property has one employee working all night. Marie checked us in. When we got to our room it was dirty and had not been prepared for our arrival. Marie had to come and clean our room. She had to run back and forth from the fourth floor to the front desk 3 times to check people in and clean our room. On top of that we were given a King room when we made reservations months in advance for a two queen beds room. Marie deserves a raise and the property manager needs to rethink their staffing...
