“I ended in this place after my 1st reservation at Motel 6 was a total loss of money, time and stressful. After not being relocated due to horrible "Expedia" Customer Service, i was left stranded for "2 days" and had to book this place at least for 1 night to sleep with my underage brother. The reception area was decent, and the Customer service was great, I'm not going to lie. But our room just smelled like a humid old room and the restroom was dirty. We also found a black trash bag in our room...

“Very spacious suite with huge bathroom. Super clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful, let us stay in the pool even after regular hours. Very clean salt water pool. Highly recommend Home2Suites, it’s our third time staying with this hotel chain.”

“My room ac wasn’t working and I got mold on my bathroom, than I got moved to another room almost @ 1:45 am when I got 2 kids and I was charged for $31 the no one knows why.”

“The ceiling started leaking in my room. The room I reserved had a jacuzzi. The room They relocated me to didn't have a jacuzzi. They only reimbursed me $20.00 for my trouble. I need to speak with Expedia.”

“The front desk attendant was nice. The room had dirty towels. The bed sheets weren’t even changed. They were just folded nice but there was other peoples hair and stuff in them.”

“Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.”
