“My second stay within 2 weeks. Still no regular roast coffee (brought my own this time), floor in the room still sticky, this time the TV lost connection in the evening and never came back on through the morning. As always, the staff are very nice, pleasant and helpful. It’s a great location with so many places to dine and shop. The area surrounding the hotel is well groomed and I always feel safe there. The price is very reasonable. I will book again here. ”

“Camera pulita, parcheggio gratuito, solito difetto della struttura HILTON: la pulizia delle camere non è giornaliera e nessuno ti avvisa. Colazione una mattina alla carta (quindi limitata dal budget 24 USD) e un'altra mattina self-service: potrebbe essere decisamente migliorata.”

“We had silver status but we’re not offered the bag with water & snacks. Had to ask for it. We also were concerned about the safety of the parking lot since we had luggage in our car. When we mentioned it, they didn’t share that they had someone monitoring the parking lot. Room wasn’t very clean. Bugs in the bathroom and some dried food under the bed. ”

“Ce qui m’a déplus c’est expédia! Un jumelage avec une location de voiture et le locataire Europa était fermé. J’ai du dépenser 250.00$ cdn pour obtenir une voiture. Profondément déçu d’Expedia. Le dégoût est à son comble suite à l’échange avec l’ordinateur de l’intelligence artificielle de Expedia qui témoigne d’un geste de mépris à l’égard de la clientèle avec ses paroles vides et sans service. “Incredibly noisy- no sound proofing between rooms, levels, hallway. So sad because it was really cute and a great location.”
