“I arrived after midnight and nobody open the door, they said they have someone 24 hrs, but nobody was there, I called and I can hear the phone ringing from outside, I had to stay with a friend one of the nights and never offered a refund or response from my complaint”

“Our room was clean & quiet, but sometime during the evening there was an extreme smell of Marijuana in the hallway from one of the rooms.”

“The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. That being said, this hotel is possibly unfit for people. Our first room had a strong musty smell, mold in the ac, mold on lamp shades and various deep carpet stains. We requested another room and were given the hot tub suite. I was told it was inoperable currently. That room also has mold in the ac and mold on the lamp shades. Neither bathroom has any active venting at all.”
