Sentiti a casa con tutte le dotazioni desiderate necessarie per una vacanza perfetta su un'isola caraibica - Isla Mujeres. Questa è una casa indipendente su due piani situata a "Punta Sur" - il punto più meridionale dell'isola, a pochi passi dal Parco Garrafón e dal luogo mozzafiato della Dea Ixchel che ha chiamato l'isola.

La casa ha la sua piscina privata e cortile, quattro camere da letto, 4. 5 bagni, soggiorno e sala da pranzo adiacenti una cucina moderna completamente attrezzata. Ogni camera ha il proprio balcone privato, bagno completo e letto king-size (uno con 2 letti singoli).

Il punto forte della casa è senza dubbio la grande terrazza panoramica che offre una vista spettacolare sui Caraibi. Questa terrazza è stata progettata come un luogo incantevole in cui gli adulti possono rilassarsi e godersi la vacanza. Ha un'installazione bar completa, seggioloni e altalene, barbecue, sedie a sdraio, amache e, di nuovo, le migliori viste in città!

Casa Sienna Lia si rivolge sia a famiglie in cerca di tempo di qualità insieme sia a gruppi di amici che vogliono fuggire dalla vita di tutti i giorni. Tutta la casa è stata protetta dai bambini con protezioni per prese e scale con cancello. Su richiesta, possiamo fornire agli ospiti un passeggino, una culla (pacchetto n play), girello, seggiolone, vasca alta e altre dotazioni.

L'area piscina e cortile è il luogo perfetto per riunioni di famiglia. Ha un barbecue completo, abbastanza sedie a sdraio e amache per ogni ospite, un kit da pallavolo, un kit da calcio, gonfiabili da piscina e due smart TV interne con cavo.

La casa fornisce tutta la biancheria necessaria, sia i teli da bagno che da spiaggia, alcuni giocattoli da spiaggia e da piscina e tutto il necessario per una vacanza perfetta a Isla Mujeres. C'è anche una piccola cassaforte privata in ogni camera da letto per salvaguardare i tuoi oggetti di valore, e sebbene Isla Mujeres sia molto sicura, l'intera casa è circondata da una recinzione elettrica.

Isla Mujeres family vacation.

House was clean, property was well maintained. Furnishings and beds were comfortable. Host provided very helpful information about Isla Mujeres, places to eat, etc. Host responded quickly with any questions we may have. Air conditioning worked well along with plenty of hot water which has been a problem with places we have stayed in Mexico. It was an enjoyable vacation and would recommend this place.

Wish we were still there!

We usually always book homes when we travel and this was one of the most well stocked homes we’ve stayed in. We really appreciated the little things (towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, Tupperware, detergent, garbage bags) - the stuff you don’t think of til you get somewhere and realize you need it. The home was perfect for 4 couples. Thank you Jaclyn for lending us your home for the week.

Great customer service even during a hurricane!!!

I booked Jaclyn's house for my family the first week of July and had great communication with her even leading up to our stay. Then Hurricane Beryl came into the picture! Jaclyn was so amazing to deal with and provided such comfort and understanding in trying to work with us. We decided to stay the 4 nights and hope for the best and we're sure glad we did! The house is amazing! So clean and inviting! And Jaclyn was awesome the entire time - making sure we were notified if anyone was coming to the house to check on things. The house is super safe so there were no issues but having Jaclyn be so responsive provided so much assurance during a pretty stressful time. The property is so beautiful and anyone staying there will enjoy the personal touches of the home - from the updated kitchen and rooms to the amazing pool....this is just an awesome place to stay!

Great place to stay

Beautiful home with private pool. Very secure and good location, if wanting to stay on south end of the Island. Close to Kin Ha and Punta Sur. Home is very comfortable and provides a lot of small amenities. Host had great communication. Highly recommended.

Amazing home in a great location

Our stay at Jaclyn's home was perfect. We had 4 kids under the age of 4 and the house was well stocked to accommodate all of our needs. The house is located on a quiet part of the island, has ocean views, and is in walking distance to food and coffee. Absolutely amazing!

Great House, Plenty of Room

This home was fantastic. It offered great space with every bedroom with a full bath and room to hang out too! Approx 15 min from downtown. A golf cart is highly suggested. El Sol had the best rates- the restaurants on the inlet side were the best, beach restaurants weren't so great! Beds were comfy and we would stay here again!

Great Private Getaway

Casa Sienna Lia was an amazing vacation retreat. The house was stocked with everything you could need from beach towels and water toys to games for the family. The third floor open area had great views of the local area as well as Cancún and is wonderful for entertaining. The only downside are the roads leading to the house, which were hard physically hard to navigate (especially in a rented golf cart), not the fault of the rental property. It would best to just take a taxi around the island as they are readily available. The house host was incredible and was available on a spur of the moment. Can't say enough good things about the host Jaclyn.

Perfect Getaway, Location and Home

I traveled to Isla Mujeres with four of my cousins for a small family wedding/reunion. I reviewed many properties beforehand but had a good feeling about Casa Sienna Lia from the beginning, and it did not disappoint. Jaclyn was the most gracious hostess and made sure that everything was just right for our stay. Everything was clean, organized and well stocked. The outside pool area was just perfect and a wonderful place to relax and visit with my family. We all agreed that we would love to visit this beautiful island again sometime and would most definitely contact Jaclyn when we do.

Punta Sur Relaxation

The property was exactly what we expected and hoped for. Clean. Spacious. Everything worked. 5 gallon jugs of drinking water with a water cooler. Washer dryer. Pool towels. Bathroom and shower amenities. Safes for our personal items. Owner was responsive and helpful. Golf carts were useful since we were far on the south end.

Loved This House!

Our group absolutely loved this house. So well furnished and brand new a/c units all throughout the house. Our children could have lived in the pool and the location was perfection and so quiet. We will be back next year for sure!

A fantastic vacation

We loved staying here! The house was a beautiful and spacious house that was perfect for me and my 7 friends. The pool and the rooftop was a great place to hang out when we were not at the big dining room table playing games. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more with coffee, filters, spices, cleaning products and paper products. We loved this house and we HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home for your next vacation!

Women's Trip 2023

A group of 8 ladies (including myself) stayed at this home during a fun and relaxing week of vacation. Many extra bonuses were a big hit for us, like 2 Beach chairs per room so we didn't have to spend money at beach clubs every day. And we were able to cook many meals ourselves in the well stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive and helpful any time I needed to reach out. Very enjoyable property.

Great location, great host!

Casa Sienna Lia is fantastic! Located in a convenient area away from the rush of the island, but close to everything. The Punta Sur area is wonderful if you don’t like the mega resort atmosphere. Jaclyn is quick to answer questions but her home is perfect for up to 8 people.

Perfect vacation

We love our week here. The sound of wave in the morning. We enjoy everything in the house. Nice kitchen. The rooftop is awesome for sunset drink. And the pool is perfect with kids. There tons of toys for pool and beach. We didn’t have to buy some. There is good beach chairs and umbrella and cooler as well. So you can go anywhere on any beach. We rented a golf cart the hole week. But you can easily walk to KIN HA beach resort and many restaurants as well. The communication with Jaclyn is amazing. We hope to be able to come back soon to this paradis house.

Amazing

We had the best time on Isla Mujeres! This location is wonderful to walk to so many things and yet nice and quiet. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner on the rooftop. The three upstairs bedrooms that had the same view allowed for all three couples to get a great room.

Amazing vacation!

The property was perfect. It was very clean and came with two cleanings for the week. We were a group of 8 and there were plenty of plates/tools/pots in the kitchen. The beds were insanely comfortable! The view from the top floor is amazing and the pool/courtyard area was fun and beautiful. This is our third time to the Island and the check-in process was the best yet! Super easy and clear! We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!

Great location

Loved our trip to Isla Mujeres. This house is perfect for a quieter location, yet easy to get to the hustle and bustle of centro or downtown. Loved being able to see both the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop. House was clean. Fresh and cozy towels were appreciated. Thankful for the provided coffee, tea and water. Jaclyn was accessible whenever I had a question about the property or the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Home

We loved this house! It was perfect. It was incredibly clean and the air-conditioning kept it nice and cool for us. The yard and pool were great. We spent lots of time there. We enjoyed time on the roof with the amazing views. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the island.

5 stars isn’t enough! 😍

We had a truly amazing visit at this property! It’s wonderfully maintained and BEAUTIFUL. It is well stocked with anything from a baby monitor, to olive oil, and everything in between! The owner/host is extremely pleasant to deal with and very responsive. The location is fantastic as well. Located on Punta Sur, and walking distance to several worthy restaurants. We can not wait to return to this fabulous home on our next trip! 10/10!!
