“Very classy accomodations within walking distance to everything in Mahone Bay.”

“It was a little smaller than expected. Bathrooms weren't too far, and were relatively clean. Nice fire pit out front. Missing i extra adirondak chair possibly. Not terribly private. Quaint nonetheless.”

Later I wanted to report an issue we were having. I sent two text messages through their website link and QR code. No response! I had to make an extra effort to get a response. No apology.”

The power was out for most of our stay - not their fault, it affected the whole region - but the wood stove, the propane stovetop, and wood-fired hot tub meant we could still enjoy all the things! So private, comfortable, and romantic. I've already told several people about this place. ”

“The main issue was a failing hvac system. Our room was consistently over 80degrees, even when the temperature was in the low seventies. The staff was sympathetic but failed to offer any solutions and my request to communicate with the owner was not addressed. My email to the manager was not returned. For a hotel that advertises air conditioning and is quite expensive I was extremely disappointed.”
