Resort con appartamenti a Isola di Jonathan

“I booked a King Room handicap accessable 2 months ago. When we arrived at the property, I was told that the only room that was available 2 Queens no. Handicap accessable because they had booked 2 accommodations for 2 wedding parties and there was nothing they could do for me. I made my displeasure known and was then asked to park behind the building to allow for more wedding party parking. I tried calling Mariott and they said that nothing could be done for me because I booked through Expedia...

“What a wonderful stay, everything up to par, glad we found it.”

“La struttura era confortevole, con ottime camere ed una posizione invidiabile. Purtroppo la colazione non è adeguata alla struttura ed al prezzo pagato in quanto è praticamente "inesistente": basterebbe veramente poco per migliorarla”

“I've stayed there 2 times now. The first time the attendant at the front desk was extremely rude to my father in law (an 82. year old man). They DID NOT explain their policy of not cleaning the room or changing towels unless requested. “Perfect”

“Tutto come aspettativa”

There are towel bars and hooks in all the right places, and even an electrical outlet at the top of the refrigerator for plugging in an electric cooler or whatever else you need to...

“Good”

“Always, excellent. Only place I stay when in Newport”

The hotel is close to restaurants and just a short drive from several beaches, making it easy to enjoy the area. The rooms are very clean, and the hallways always smell fresh, which adds to the overall comfort. Traveling with my family here felt truly relaxing—safe, easy, and comfortable from start to finish. A solid and...

Instead of apologizing he was very confrontational!!! Hopefully will get refund in 10 days??? Never stay at this property!!! Horrible!”
