“I would not stay here again. The hotel was disappointing and did not live up to its listing or the price we paid. Our room had black mold in the shower, which was unacceptable. The pool was small, looked dingy, and was out of service for two days while awaiting chemicals. The listing advertised complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, but they were unavailable for the first several days of our stay. Since we were told they weren’t available, we ended up buying our own. About halfway through...

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”
