“Rooms were clean, just old. They do have roaches, they were seen in our suite and in my parents suite. I didn't like having to take out the trash at the end of my stay either. I don't know why that bothers me so much, but having to put garbage in my car, really made my blood boil!! It wasn't bad but for the money we paid, I wouldn't go back. ”

“Run down. Carpets ripped, room had dirt in corner. 3 days no maid visits. Walls dirty in food prep area. Worker picked up bacon with bare hands. Bagels stale and hard. Elevator floor indicator floor 1&2 lights burned out. No regular tea available.”

“Upon checking into our room it was evident that it was not properly cleaned, however the manager was extremely polite and provided another room. Breakfast was great and our server was exceptional.”

“We stayed in one of the tavern rooms. While small, they are adequately sized for two people. Shower is small because it has to follow slope of the roof to maintain original look. That being said, the room had modern plumbing and electrical and a television. It was really cool to stay in a historical tavern inn and to be on the main street of the colonial buildings inside the historical area. ”
